Hi friends, [NAME] here, i’m taking a moment away from [SHOW], today to help take over @DramaClubNYC.
The first-time theater made me feel seen; I was [AGE OR STAGE OF LIFE]. I remember realizing that there was a place where I could be myself, take risks, and tell my story. It changed the way I saw myself and what I thought was possible.
That's one of the reasons I'm giving sa shout out to Drama Club. They use improv and theater arts to help incarcerated and court-involved young people find their voices, build confidence, and imagine new possibilities for their futures.
I hope you will join me in following @DramaClubNYC — you'll be glad you did. -
Hi, [NAME] here, I am talking a break from [SHOW], (currently on Broadwa—wink!), and today I'm taking over @DramaClubNYC.
When I was younger, theater gave me a place to belong. It helped me discover my voice and see possibilities for myself that I hadn't seen before.
That's why I love this organization I just leaned about—Drama Club. They use the power of improv and theater to help incarcerated and court-involved young people experience that same feeling of being seen, heard, and valued.
Join me in following @DramaClubNYC to keep saying Yes, And.” You’ll be glad you did!
